George serves as Co-Lead Pastor along with his wife, Pam. George and Pam have called the Kittitas Valley home for the last year and a half, and have bounced around the PNW for almost thirty years now. With a love for the outdoors, George enjoys hiking, biking and being active. He is passionate about Jesus, learning, football, and traveling!
Pam serves as Co-Lead Pastor along with her husband, George. Pam's heart is to see a multi-generational church that is passionate for sharing God's love - both near and far. She loves reading and puzzles, crafting and hiking, camping and trying new foods.

Rebecca has lived in Kittitas Valley since 2006 when she came as a freshman at CWU. She met her husband Nate in college and they have been married since 2012. They have 2 spunky daughters who you will probably see cavorting around the church building! Rebecca loves to read, go to jazzercise classes, and has recently started diamond art "paint" by numbers.
Rebecca is currently working on her Masters in Theological Studies so you are likely to find her sitting at Kittitas Cafe, drinking a White Chocolate mocha, and surrounded by a pile of school books.

David comes to our New Life team with an intercultural background. Raised as a MK, David has a passion for sharing the truth of God with today's youth. He has recently transitioned from a volunteer helper to Youth Team Co-Lead. This position is co-lead with Kirstin Johnson.
Tamie is a long time resident of Kittitas Valley and member of New Life Church. She loves hosting events for her family, grandkids camp, and reaching kids for Jesus.
Kirstin is currently pursuing birth doula certification and ministerial education. She is a part of Chi Alpha, our campus ministry partners. She has spent the last three years volunteering with our youth ministry. For the past year she has served as Kids Ministry intern and is now transitioning into the Co Lead Youth Coordinator along with David Venneberg.
She loves are, sci-fi, anything sparkly, and meeting new people!

Tim is serving as one of the worship facilitators here at New Life. he loves music and helping people connect with Jesus through musical worship. He is also an avid chess player, Bible-nerd, and spikeball competitor. He and his wife, Shana, serve as Chi Alpha missionaries to Central Washington University.
Dan is the director for Chi Alpha Campus Ministries in the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife, Becky, have mentored, taught, and shared their lives with students for 26 years. He loves college students, hot pizza, off-trail hiking and natural science.
He is very knowledgeable about technological systems and is our team's go to Mac Guru.

Sarah is our website manager and tech support. She and her husband Eric have been attending New Life for many years. She is proudly AuDHD and has a passion for language learning and technology. She is casually fluent in Spanish and ASL and has more languages than a person can learn in a lifetime on her list.

Emily has lived in Ellensburg since 2012 when she came to CWU as a Freshman. She grew up in the PNW and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. She is passionate about community, children's literacy, baking and crochet. Her husband Dan and she, love to spend their free time traveling, adventuring and staying active in the outdoors with their puppy Poppy!
Sophie and her husband Nik have lived in Ellensburg since 2023 and are students at CWU. She grew up on the West side and is majoring in History and Secondary Education. She enjoys working with kids, art and reading.
