As we have been studying through the Book of Revelation we have been looking at the major themes through John’s letter.  This morning we are moving to look specifically at the letters to the 7 churches in chapters 2 and 3 in Revelation. Gary will be teaching on the Letter to the Church in Ephesus, and speaking to their unique issues of the time.

As we have been studying through the Book of Revelation we have been looking at the major themes through John’s letter. This morning, Gary is looking at the deep call to worship that is intertwined through the Book of Revelation. 

As we continue to go through our study of Revelation, we look at the theme that John draws through his book regarding the evil of empire. What does that mean for us now? 

As we continue to dig into the Book of Revelation, we see numerous themes that emerge. This week, Gary will be looking at the themes of evil and empire, and how ultimately the response to that is a call to discipleship. 

In order to read, study, and apply Revelation responsibly, we have to look at its original context, intent, and audience to fully understand how it applies to us today.
