New Life Kids

Sunday Morning

New Life Kids meets every Sunday at 10:00 am. You can also check out the videos and God Time info we have posted on our Facebook and website.  If you have any questions feel free to contact our New Life Kids Director, Tamie, at kidmin@newlifeassembly.net.

During Sunday morning church we provide children with a place to learn God’s Word and how it relates to them. New Life Kids has a loving, energized atmosphere that appeals to all ages, preschool to 5th grade. We learn to worship together as we study God’s word through skits, dramatic stories, and hands-on object lessons.

New Life Kids classes are offered during the 10:30 service for Pre-K, K-3rd grade, and 4th-5th grade. Check-in your kids at our computer check stations. Our friendly host team will be happy to walk you through the process. You can rest assured that your kids are in a safe place. Every volunteer and leader in our children’s environments has gone through an extensive background check.

Tamie Laukala is our Kids Ministry Director.

Our CURRICULUM

Nursery – 0-2-year-old children enjoy age-appropriate play and stories in a loving, fun atmosphere. Snacks are available when appropriate and with your consent.

K-5th grades uses 252 Kids Curriculum. K-3 and 4th-5th graders have their own classes with dedicated teachers sharing about Christ in fun ways. Highlights of each class is the videos that accompany our lesson and, of course, the games…so much fun!

“What does 252 represent? It’s not our street address or the number of questions a 2nd-grader can ask in 20 minutes. Instead, everything we teach in 252 Kids is based on one of the three basic, but powerful, truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52.

I need to make the wise choice.

I can trust God no matter what.

I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

252 Kids is designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus. It focuses on 150 Key Bible stories, 4 Faith Skills and 30 Life Apps.”
